Massage Live Classes This refund policy applies to massage therapy continuing education live classes, in-person, and live online classes. It aims to balance fair options for students with the realities of venue commitments, limited class sizes, and instructor preparation. Payment is due in full at the time of registration. We accept major credit cards and approved electronic payment methods. Third‑party processing fees charged by payment platforms are typically nonrefundable. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel. When you cancel a class date 30 days or more in advance, you receive a full refund, or a full refund minus a modest administrative fee to cover processing and reserved seat costs. I offer a one‑time transfer or credit of your tuition to a future class No‑shows—failing to attend without prior written notice—almost always result in forfeiture of all tuition with no refund or credit and no eligibility for continuing education credit. We recognize that emergencies happen; at their discretion, we may offer a one‑time courtesy transfer or partial credit when timely documentation of a qualifying emergency is provided, such as a medical note, accident report, or official travel disruption. Courtesy accommodations are not guaranteed and may include a transfer fee. Attendance requirements are strict for CE compliance. Providers cannot issue certificates for partial attendance or for students who miss required hours, assessments, or evaluations.
