Service Description

Discount Must Have Own Table Myoskeletal Alignment: A corrective approach blending joint mobilization and neuromuscular methods to address postural strain, joint restriction, and muscle imbalance. Using contract–relax cues and gentle mobilizations, it helps restore alignment and ease of movement with focused, pain-aware pressure. Myofascial Therapy: Slow, sustained pressure and shearing to release fascial adhesions and improve glide between layers. This method balances tension across kinetic chains and is most effective with minimal glide, so I use Songbird SureGrip for secure contact and accurate tissue engagement. Manual Therapy – Deep Tissue (oil-free with Songbird SureGrip): Layer-by-layer work that targets chronic tightness and trigger points. The SureGrip wax provides controlled glide without slip, allowing precise depth and direction while protecting the skin. Sessions are paced with your breath and feedback to ensure effective, comfortable results.

Mark Senzig, BCTMB, MMT, CMT, is a National Board-Certified Massage Therapist and Educator

My work combines evidence-based biomechanics with hands-on clinical practice. I began exploring Eastern approaches to somatic health at the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley (2003). In 2007, I graduated from the National Holistic Institute’s Professional Massage Program in Petaluma/Santa Rosa, earning Massage Therapist of the Year for Northern California.

I’m a bodywork practitioner specializing in myoskeletal alignment, myofascial therapy, and oil-free deep tissue manual therapy. I work without oils or creams, using Songbird SureGrip wax to maintain a firm, low-slip contact for precise, controlled techniques.

Myoskeletal Alignment:
A corrective approach blending joint mobilization and neuromuscular methods to address postural strain, joint restriction, and muscle imbalance. Using contract–relax cues and gentle mobilizations, it helps restore alignment and ease of movement with focused, pain-aware pressure.

Myofascial Therapy:
Slow, sustained pressure and shearing to release fascial adhesions and improve glide between layers. This method balances tension across kinetic chains and is most effective with minimal glide, so I use Songbird SureGrip for secure contact and accurate tissue engagement.

Manual Therapy – Deep Tissue (oil-free with Songbird SureGrip):
Layer-by-layer work that targets chronic tightness and trigger points. The SureGrip wax provides controlled glide without slip, allowing precise depth and direction while protecting the skin. Sessions are paced with your breath and feedback to ensure effective, comfortable results.
