My career in somatic health began at the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley in 2003, where I first immersed myself in Eastern approaches to bodywork. I graduated from the National Holistic Institute’s Professional Massage Program in Petaluma/Santa Rosa in 2007 and was honored that same year as Northern California’s Massage Therapist of the Year. In 2011, I began training in Erik Dalton’s Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, completing the 210-hour curriculum in 2018. I’ve operated a thriving manual therapy practice since 2004 and, since 2011, have focused on orthopedic and movement-based techniques.
