Shipping and Receiving Policy — Digital Massage Videos and E‑Books
Applies to purchases from or on behalf of: Mark Stuart Senzig (the “Instructor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers only digital products (streaming videos, downloadable video files, and digital books/e‑books). No physical items are shipped.
1) What you’re buying
- Digital massage education products: streaming video access, downloadable video files, and digital books (PDF/ePub), as described on each product page.
- No shipping fees, no customs/duties, and no physical delivery.
2) Order processing and confirmation
- Orders are processed immediately after successful payment.
- You will receive an order confirmation email and a separate delivery/access email within 5–15 minutes.
- If you don’t see emails, check your spam/junk folder and verify you entered the correct email address at checkout.
3) How delivery works (receiving your digital items)
Depending on the product, delivery may be one or more of the following:
- Streaming access: You’ll receive a link to create/log in to your learning library on our website or selected platform [e.g., Teachable/Vimeo Udemy], and the title will be available in your account.- Direct download: You’ll receive secure download links for the files.
- Mixed delivery: Some bundles include both streaming access and downloadable files; details are shown on each product page.
Standard link and access parameters (unless a product page states otherwise):
- Download link validity: 7 days from delivery email, with up to 5 download attempts per file per purchase. If links expire before you download, contact support, and we’ll refresh them.
- Streaming access term: Ongoing access for the life of the product on the platform. If a title must be retired or moved for legal/technical reasons, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice and offer a comparable replacement or a time‑limited download option when feasible.
4) Account requirements and usage
- Some products require an account on our site or a third‑party platform. Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
- License is for personal, non‑transferable educational use by one individual purchaser. Family/household viewing is permitted; public performance, classroom broadcast (unless licensed), sharing links, or redistribution is not allowed.
- Concurrent device limit: Up to 3 personal devices per purchaser (reasonable use monitoring applies).
5) File formats and system requirements
- Video: MP4 (H.264/AAC), typically 1080p HD unless otherwise stated. Approx. 1–3 GB per hour of video if downloaded.
- E‑books: PDF; some titles may also include ePub.
- Streaming requires a stable internet connection (10 Mbps recommended for HD). Downloads require sufficient device storage.
- We do not guarantee compatibility with legacy devices or discontinued operating systems.
6) Accessibility
- Where available, videos include captions/subtitles. E‑books include selectable text; images may include alt text where applicable.
- If you need reasonable accommodations (captions, transcripts, font‑accessible PDFs), contact us before purchase and we’ll confirm availability or timelines.
7) Preorders
- Your payment method is charged at checkout. Delivery occurs on the stated release date via email/account access.
- If a release is delayed, we will notify you and provide an updated timeline; you may request a refund prior to access being delivered.
8) Gifts and transfers
- Gifts can be purchased by entering the recipient’s email at checkout (ensure consent and accuracy).
- After a gift is delivered, we cannot reassign it to a different person if the recipient has accessed the content.
- Non‑gift purchases are not transferable.
9) Pricing, currency, and taxes
- Prices and currency are shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax/VAT/GST may be collected based on your location.
- Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees where relevant.
10) If you didn’t receive your links or access
- Wait 15 minutes, then check spam/junk and “Promotions” folders.
- Verify the email address used at checkout.
- If still missing, contact support with your order number, name, and correct email. We’ll reissue access. Identity verification may be required for your security.
11) Download or playback issues
- Try a different browser, disable VPN, or test another network.
- For downloads, ensure adequate storage and use a stable connection.
- If issues persist, contact support with screenshots/error messages and device/browser details. We can refresh links up to 3 times and, if needed, provide alternate delivery (e.g., lower‑resolution files).
12) Updates and revisions
- Minor updates or corrected files are provided at no additional charge to existing purchasers.
- Major editions or new versions may be offered at a discounted upgrade price.
13) Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks- Because digital products are accessible immediately, all sales are final once delivery is made (streaming access granted or download link sent).- Exceptions we will honor within 14 days of purchase: - Duplicate accidental purchase of the same item. - Technical issues that prevent access or use and that we cannot resolve after you’ve worked with support. - Materially inaccurate product description.- For approved refunds, access will be revoked, and you agree to delete all downloaded copies.- If you believe a purchase was unauthorized, contact us first.
