Store Policy for Digital Videos, E‑Books, and Online Massage Classes
By purchasing or accessing any digital videos, e‑books, downloadable resources, or online classes offered by this instructor, you agree to the terms outlined in this Store Policy and any related Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all purchasers, students, and users and are intended to create a safe, professional, and effective learning environment. We may update this policy from time to time; continued use of our products and services after updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
Products are described as accurately as possible, including learning objectives, prerequisites, level, format, and any continuing education eligibility or approvals where applicable. Minor variations in content, format, or presentation may occur to improve quality or reflect updated best practices. Access to digital content is provided via download links, streaming portals, or learning platforms after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring your email address and account information are accurate and for checking any spam or promotions folders for access emails. Unless otherwise stated, access is single‑user, non‑transferable, and intended solely for the purchaser.
All digital products and course materials are licensed for personal, professional education by the purchaser and remain the intellectual property of the instructor and/or licensors. You may not reproduce, share, sell, post, broadcast, record, or distribute any part of the materials, including class recordings, handouts, and e‑books, without prior written permission. Download limits and digital rights management may be used to protect content. Any unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may carry additional legal remedies.
Technical requirements vary by product and may include a stable internet connection, a compatible web browser, an updated operating system, and the ability to view PDFs and stream video. For live classes delivered via third‑party platforms, you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining necessary hardware, software, and internet services and for complying with those platforms’ terms. We provide reasonable technical support for access issues; however, we are not responsible for failures caused by user hardware, software conflicts, firewalls, or connectivity limitations.
Pricing is listed in the currency shown at checkout and may be subject to sales tax, VAT, or other applicable taxes based on your location. Payment is processed through secure third‑party providers, and you agree to their terms. If a payment plan is offered, you authorize recurring charges until the balance is paid in full and understand that missed payments may result in suspension of access. Discounts and promotions are time‑limited and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable videos and e‑books are generally final once access is granted. We will replace defective files and address genuine access issues. For on‑demand courses, we offer a 7‑day satisfaction window from the date of purchase for a refund if you have not downloaded materials or consumed more than 10% of the course (as measured by the platform). For live online classes, cancellations more than 48 hours before the start time may receive a refund minus processing fees or a one‑time transfer to a future date, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of a live class, no‑shows, or partial attendance are not refundable. If a class is canceled or rescheduled by the instructor, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a new date.
If continuing education credit is advertised, eligibility, approvals, and requirements will be clearly noted. Certificates are issued upon verified completion of all required hours, assessments, and evaluations. It is your responsibility to confirm acceptance with your licensing or certification board prior to purchase. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee CE approval in your jurisdiction. If your board declines credit and the course was marketed as approved for that board, we will provide a refund upon written proof of denial within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not already been issued a certificate.
Participation in live classes and online communities requires professional conduct. We maintain a respectful, inclusive environment and do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or unauthorized recording. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards without refund. Live sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and for providing replays to enrolled students; by participating, you consent to being recorded. You agree not to record, reproduce, or distribute any class content without written permission.
All educational content is for informational and professional development purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always practice within your scope of practice and in accordance with local regulations, obtain informed consent from clients or practice partners, and follow appropriate hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols. Use caution when applying techniques and modify or discontinue any technique if it causes pain, discomfort, or adverse effects. The instructor and publisher are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from the use or misuse of the materials.
Account security is your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, credential sharing, or policy violations. Chargebacks for valid purchases may result in immediate access revocation and referral to collections, where appropriate.
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may send transactional and educational emails related to your purchase and, with your consent, marketing communications that you can opt out of at any time. Some services may be delivered through third‑party platforms, which will process your data under their own policies.
From time to time, we may update course content, provide revised editions of e‑books, or add bonus materials. Where “lifetime access” is offered, it refers to the lifetime of the course or product as reasonably maintained by the instructor. We reserve the right to retire or replace offerings with reasonable notice and, when feasible, to provide equivalent alternatives.
Except as required by law, products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products and services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or course giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the instructor’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes will be addressed first through good‑faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be handled through mediation or arbitration where permitted. If any provision of this policy is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
For questions, support, or accessibility requests, please contact us at the email provided on the course or checkout page. We strive to respond to support inquiries within two business days. If you require accommodations to participate in a course, please reach out before purchasing so we can advise on available options.
By completing a purchase, creating an account, or accessing any content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Store Policy.
