Refund Policy
Clinical Massage CE Programs is committed to providing high-quality continuing education courses, digital products, and educational resources.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital course, eBook, video, downloadable material, examination, or other digital educational resource has been purchased and access has been granted, refunds, exchanges, or credits cannot be provided.
This policy helps protect the integrity of our educational materials and intellectual property.
Digital Products
This no-refund policy applies to, but is not limited to:
* Online Continuing Education (CE) courses
* Digital eBooks
* Downloadable educational materials
* Streaming or downloadable videos
* Practice examinations
* Final examinations
* Educational manuals
* Clinical Technique Coaching sessions purchased online
* Any other digital educational products
Live Continuing Education Workshops
Registration fees for live continuing education workshops may be transferred to another scheduled workshop at the sole discretion of Clinical Massage CE Programs if written notice is received at least 14 days before the scheduled event.
Requests made less than 14 days before the workshop may not be eligible for transfer.
If Clinical Massage CE Programs cancels a workshop, participants will be offered either:
* A full refund of the registration fee, or
* Transfer to a future workshop.
Clinical Massage CE Programs is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging costs, meals, or other incidental expenses associated with workshop attendance.
Coaching Sessions
Clinical Technique Coaching appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be considered forfeited without refund.
Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing purchased digital materials because of a technical problem related to our website or learning platform, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access promptly.
Technical support does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within 7 days. Verified duplicate purchases may be corrected at our discretion.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Clinical Massage CE Programs directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access to current and future educational products.
